At Lille & Co, we do our best to satisfy you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make use of our return policy.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason. This is in accordance with European legislation for online purchases.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be in its original packaging
• Have all labels and tags attached

3. Registering a Return

Please contact us via our email address to register a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

4. Return Costs

The costs for returning an item are at the customer's expense, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

5. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned item, you will receive your payment back within 14 days via the original payment method.

6. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Opened hygienic products
• Digital products after delivery
